Why are people still exercising in the waist training?
This year is 2014. Kim Kardashian is married to Kanye West. Barack Obama is still the president. Because of the Kardashian people, the waist training was all the rage, and people wore text tights to reduce the wound on the waist. Now four years later, you will think that we will understand that wearing a tight-fitting corset is really bad for your body, but hey, the “waist gang society” is still strong.
Need proof? Last week, Jylyn Woods, Kylie Jenner’s BFF, launched a range of fitness suits, including tights and shorts with a built-in lumbar trainer. “I started wearing these sweat bands to help keep the core tight and maximize the workout,” she told Vogue. “So I wonder why I don’t have to kill two birds with one stone and make pants with built-in pants.”
Although people close to Kardashian and Kardashian may make waist training popular, people outside Calabasas must wear these waist trainers. In fact, I personally saw many women wearing waist trainers while exercising in the gym. Obviously, just sitting at home with a waist trainer is bad news, but trying to exercise while wearing it is a very bad, potentially dangerous idea.
